Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Email support@rootinehair.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
