How does this deliver serum better than my fingers?

High-frequency vibration pushes serum through the surface tension of your hair and skin, helping it reach the follicle instead of sitting on top of the hair shaft — which is what happens with most finger application.

What serums or oils can I use with it?

Any liquid serum, oil, or growth treatment you already use — rosemary oil, peptide serums, minoxidil-based treatments, and standard scalp serums all work with the reservoir.

How long does the battery last, and how do I charge it?

It charges via the included USB-C cable. Exact battery life depends on usage — full specs will be added here once confirmed.

Can I use it in the shower?

Yes, it's waterproof and safe for both wet and dry use.

Is it safe for a sensitive scalp?

Start on the lowest intensity setting and see how your scalp responds, the same way you would with any new scalp tool. If you have a diagnosed scalp condition, check with a dermatologist first.

How do I clean it?

Wipe the head with a damp cloth after use. Avoid submerging the charging port.
